Experience
Two years or more running a nursery as a manager or deputy, or a partner who has. You know ratios, Ofsted and how to lead a team, and want to put it to work in a nursery of your own.

Visible in your nursery and involved in the day to day, especially in the first year. Families get to know you by name, and your team sees you leading by example every day.
